INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Neeextee ships internationally to most countries worldwide.
Please note that we do not have control over customs inspections, import procedures, or local delivery services. Therefore, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
Processing Time:
Orders typically require 3–5 business days for:

- Packaging
- Dispatch preparation
Once processing is complete, the package is transferred to the shipping carrier for delivery.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
PROCESSING DELAYS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Cancellation Conditions:
- Orders cancelled within 30 minutes before processing may be subject to a $20 transaction and processing fee per order.
- If our support team confirms that your order has already been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible.
If you need assistance regarding an order cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

- Incorrect addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer errors
- Lost packages caused by inaccurate information
